A Year Since the Launch of Kinsburg.ru

Well, a year has gone by since we first announced our project.
A lot has been done in that time, first and foremost, of course, the new design by Aliter, which most people liked better than the previous one.

Main additions:

• An “Actors and Directors” section
• A “Quiz” section
• Comments
• A forum with a “Request Desk” section
• Ratings (the user rating system is currently being reworked)
• Navigation by film release year
• A section for favorites and saved entries, available after registration, as well as bookmarking services from popular social networks
• The project’s code has been optimized overall
• The admin area in particular has gained a lot of functionality, but that’s not especially important

Coming soon:

• New sites to gather content from, bringing more new releases in good quality
• General improvements to the quiz
• Login via OpenID and VKontakte
• Commenting without registration, just like on this blog

And much more!
