Bought myself a little monitor :)

Bought myself a widescreen monitor last week, and I’m still loving it :)

I read logs on it, work in Eclipse, surf the web, watch movies…

All in all, it’s a great device. I’d been thinking about buying one for the past six months, and finally went ahead and got it.

Actually, I needed it for my little server, but while the server doesn’t need it (that is, while everything’s running smoothly on the server), I’m using the monitor as a second screen for my laptop.

I also finally installed an OS on the server—it had been sitting idle with Red Hat on it. I haven’t been a Red Hat fan for a long time, so I wiped it without mercy…

I started out installing Debian GNU/Hurd K16,

but then I’d had my fun and ended up installing DesktopBSD :)

Well, that’s all… The point of this post was to show off the photos, of course :)))
